I started blacksmithing back in 2007. I was about 13 years old when a friend and his dad took me along to a renaissance fair where they did Blacksmithing demonstrations. The first time I picked up a hammer to learn was in front of a crowd of 20-30 people. I guess you could say I got a trial by fire. After that I learned as much as I could about metal working. A few years later I started selling some of my forged work at different local events like renaissance fairs and farmers markets.
I became a welder by trade back in 2016 and learned fabrication along with expanding my welding skills.
In 2023 I decided that I wanted to make a career for myself out of combining modern fabrication with old world blacksmithing techniques. My goal is to build cool stuff and support my family while doing it.
While chasing this dream I've met a lot of really creative people, and I've been trusted with the opportunity to turn their ideas into real life ironwork
